Amand Gastronomie as created an Organic Farming labelled Bio range.
Presently it is composed of 3 terrines :
- Trout Terrine with small vegetables // available in 120g (2 x 60g) // Ref. 5503.
- Salmon Terrine with white cheese // available in 120g (2 x 60g) // Reéf. 5500.
- Trout Terrine with small vegetables // available in 1.5 kg // Ref. 5094.
These products:
- contain at least 95% of ingrédients originating from biological production mode,
- conform to the rules of the official system of control and certification,
- carry the name of the producer, preparer or distributor and the name and code of the certification authority.
